EFCC Confirms Military’s Handover Of 20 Arrested TASUED College students

The scholars of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) who have been arrested by the Nigerian military have been handed over to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The officers of the 12 Subject Engineering Regiment in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, took the suspected web fraudsters to EFCC Ibadan zonal command

The scholars have been taken in throughout a face-off final Thursday with troopers as they celebrated the tip of their remaining examination.

EFCC Head of Media, Wilson Uwujaren, launched their names in a press release on Monday.

The suspects are Azeez Hameed Busayo, Olubor Chuks Winner, Amusa Abdulhakeem, Osoko Adesola David, Diyaolu Daniel Damilola, Olunlade Quadri Olamilekan, Amaje Kelly Armstrong.

Akorede Olaleye Tope, Owonifari Niyi Sanwiyu, Ganiyu Olamide Sodiq, Onasanya Taiwo Adeniyi, Ajayi Muhaymin Adesola, Asenuga Ridwan Ayotomiwa.

Others embody Bamgboye Tobiloba Quadri, Ayede Opeyemi Oluwaseun, Oseni Abolore Ismail, Olaniyan Mayowa Emmanuel, Akanni Qudus Olaleye and Onasile Abiodun Sunday.

Eleven autos, twenty 9 telephones and suspected exhausting medication have been recovered from them. The vehicles are nonetheless within the custody of Military.

Uwujaren introduced that 19 of the 20 college students have been indicted within the ongoing investigation.

The spokesman added that they are going to be charged to court docket on the finish of the inquiry.
